Photo Session Procedure

When booking a studio, outside, or home session with VGP it is critical that our photographers/staff arrive before clients and set up the scene. Typically a photographer should take no longer than fifteen minutes to set up lighting, backdrops, camera settings, props, etc. Once scene is set to suit the needs of the clients photography desire, the photographer shall start photographing the client or subject. All poses suited for the session shall be directed from the photographer to the client. Voiture Garcon Productions encourages clients to use any poses they seem fit or comfortable with while shooting. Clean up will be done by photographer once session is over.

Post Productions

Voiture Garcon Productions editing process will begin with consolidating photos and then immediately sharing a link to a real time photo album. Clients will be able to view their photos progress through the editing process hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly depending on delivery date. Clients will also be able to like and comment on the photos themeslves anytime, which is great for feedback and communication to the photographer directly. Once final payment is received and photos are completed the client will be able to download photos directly from the album to any of their devices unless a flash drive is requested.

Returning Client Discounts/Referrals

All returning clients shall receive a 20% discount on their sessions forever. Any referrals from a past client shall receive 10% discount on their next session and 10% discount to the new client as well. A returning client and referral discount can be combined to make a 30% discount off their next session. A referral shall provide full name, phone number, and email of a past client to receive a discount unless VGP was notified from past client themselves. VGP will contact the past client to confirm referral regardless of information given.

Photo Storage

All raw photos and videos from any clients session shall be stored on a cloud system or hard drive for clients request to reprint or re-edit a photo.

Confidentiality

Any information gathered or held on our clients will be stored securely and will not be shared or sold onto any third party.

Consultation and feedback

Consultation is important to us and we will carry out regular client surveys and reviews to gather feedback on our services.
